Team Purple House is Chris and Lelaine's blog. The name stems from their first apartment in Adams Morgan that was painted purple.

Christmas Cheer
We had a nice Sunday evening with peppermint bark, eggnog and putting up our little 4.5 foot tree. It's funny to think I bought this tree at CVS six years ago for $20 (it's prelighted too!) and it's still with us.

I guess that's Bigelow luck working in your favor. We bought a prelit tree at Michael's in 2006 and the lights didn't even last until that Christmas.
