Here is one of Jack dancing to Michael Jackson a month or so ago. Note that he is wearing a Royals onesie - this was taken the night of the second ALDS game when we beat the Angels in extra innings after Hosmer hit a home run in extra innings. A great evening.

To update the blog more consistently, we are going to start posting a photo or video of the week. Here is the first one, in which is Jack playing with his current favorite toy. He continues to love music and likes to dance (and sometimes sing). I credit myself for our daily dance party hour when I was on paternity leave.

thanksgiving

 We spent Thanksgiving in KC. Jack got to spend a lot of time with the fam. The day after Thanksgiving, Lelaine and I went to Columbia to see Mizzou wrap up the SEC East with a win over Arkansas while Jack stayed with my parents, who took him on his first trip to the zoo. My favorite picture of the trip is this one, which was Jack holding Mimi's (his great grandmother) hand as they walked to the kitchen and she gave him some crackers.

The next trip will be Pensacola for Christmas.
